Dainty Bloom Designs offers personalised keepsakes, event signage, engraved products, custom gifts, and related items.

As many products are custom-made, slight variations in colour, grain, engraving placement, or finish may occur. These variations are considered part of the handmade nature of our products and are not deemed faults.

Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for ensuring all spelling, dates, wording, and details submitted for custom orders are correct at the time of purchase.

Dainty Bloom Designs is not responsible for errors approved by the customer after proofs or order confirmations have been accepted.

Custom order requests may require additional production time depending on complexity.

Turnaround Times

Our standard turnaround time is approximately 5–10 business days unless otherwise advised.

During busy periods, sales, or holiday seasons, turnaround times may vary. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Rush Orders may be available for an additional fee and are subject to approval based on current workload and availability.

Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Full payment is required before production of custom items begins unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping & Delivery

We proudly offer Australia-wide shipping and Pilbara local pickup.

Once orders have been dispatched, Dainty Bloom Designs is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details provided are accurate. Additional shipping fees may apply if orders are returned due to incorrect information.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available from South Hedland.

Customers will receive pickup details once their order is ready for collection.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item with photographs and order details so we can assist.

Refunds or replacements are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Product Care

Some materials used in our products may be delicate or intended for decorative use only.

Customers are responsible for following any care instructions provided with their order.

Dainty Bloom Designs is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, exposure to moisture, heat, or general wear and tear.
