Dainty Bloom Designs proudly offers Australia-wide shipping on all eligible products.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order.

Processing & Turnaround Times

As many of our items are personalised and made to order, our standard turnaround time is approximately 5–10 business days unless otherwise advised.

Please note:

  • Turnaround times may vary during busy periods, sales, holidays, or peak event seasons.

  • Production time does not include shipping timeframes.

  • Custom or large orders may require additional time.

If you require your order urgently, Rush Order upgrades may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Shipping Timeframes

Once dispatched, shipping timeframes will vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control.

Dainty Bloom Designs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal services, courier disruptions, weather events, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched where applicable.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Local Pickup

Pilbara local pickup is available from South Hedland.

Customers selecting local pickup will receive collection details once their order is ready.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and order details so we can assist.

While we take great care packaging orders securely, Dainty Bloom Designs is not liable for parcels lost or damaged in transit once they have been handed to the shipping provider.
